Shipping
Our primary business is getting the merchandise our valued customer chooses safely to their door. We ship daily to earn and keep your respect.
Orders received after 11 pm PT may not ship until the next business day. For expedited orders, please be sure you have provided phone contact information. If we cannot reach you, shipping your package may be delayed.
We ship via UPS in the lower 48 United States.
Rates are combined on multiple item purchases.
Our checkout system will automatically calculate one low shipping rate for all items in your Cart based on number of packages, weights and sizes, as well as the delivery region relative to our warehouses.
Some items, because of their size or fragile nature, must be shipped separately.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping: If you are having trouble in the checkout process, it may be due to the finished package size being larger than the allowable maximum for the International shipment methods we utilize.

INSURANCE for Shipping: We always ship with insurance. Insurance is already calculated into shipping cost for best practice and peace of mind.

International Buyers are responsible for any fees relating to customs, or brokerage, upon delivery, as well as taxes, for actual price of merchandise, when applicable. If your country is not showing up in checkout, contact us, we may authorize to add it.

SALES TAX Only shipments being delivered to WA State, will be charged sales tax, on merchandise and shipping total per State and city law.

OUT OF STOCK It is the intention of Nautical Decor Store to have every advertised item in stock. Occasionally, however due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may not be available for purchase. In the event that this occurs, our customer service department will work with you in any way possible to ensure your satisfaction.
GUARANTEE, RETURNS & EXCHANGES Worry free transactions. We found that when your experience is easy and satisfying you'll tend to come back, and refer others.
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for an exchange, store credit, or refund less shipping and handling. Send any unsatisfactory item, within 30 days of the purchase date, for credit or exchanges. You are responsible for freight back to our warehouses. With returns just include a copy of your payment and an explanation of whether you want a refund or exchange. Bulk orders, special orders and art may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
