These classic life buoy rings beckon all a hardy "WELCOME ABOARD" and have real rope for the colored bands.
Rings measure 20" diameter overall, inside diameter space is 11.5" diameter by 4" wide x 3" thick flotation foam with canvas coverings.
These are a nice sized ring; the measurement doesn't include the additional diameter the white bolt rope adds. The back side is the same but without the "Welcome Aboard" wording, so is perfect if you have plans to customize for special events.
