Exceptionally high quality reproduction. Comes well packaged and ready to display. This terrific, old-world ship's telegraph device, provided a time saving communication link between the pilothouse and the ships' engine room. This is a solid polished brass 14" working replica. All the classic telegraph markings are visible and readable. It has detentes, to hold the handles at each point, and makes the classic, and crisp "ding" sound as the lever is moved to an order.
Measures: 14.5" tall with handles extended x 5-1/2" wide. Face dial area is 4" in diameter. This type of telegraph was dedicated to twin engines, as each moves independently of the other.
