Hanger is a solid brass anchor with brass "rope" winding through it.
Weight: 6.8 pounds! This is a large heavy and solid brass bell; with the base of the bell width measuring 8" across. Bell is 9-1/2" tall not including bracket. Brass is 5/32" thick throughout bell.
